What’s the price and payment options for the software?

The price for either the stand-alone or network version of VISIONS is only $3,950.00.

Payment Options

  1. Pay for the software by company check. With this option you will receive 4 months of free maintenance.
  2. Pay for software over the next 90 days, interest free. The 90 day purchase plan allows you to put $1,000.00 down then pay the remaining balance in 3 monthly payments.
  3. Finance your purchase for one year. Terms of financing are $500 down with the balance paid in 12 monthly payments at 18% interest.

*With all of the above options, Florida agencies must include applicable sales tax with down payments.

What about customer support?
You may purchase a maintenance agreement from Accounting Systems for $50 per month. We cannot stress enough the importance of having a maintenance agreement in place. This agreement entitles you to:

  1. Unlimited customer support during normal business hours. Any questions or problems are handled immediately by our staff. You have the comfort of knowing that you will never be without the help you need, when you need it.
  2. Free program upgrades. As we continually improve the Visions software, upgrades will be offered to our clients who have a maintenance agreement in place at absolutely no cost. This is an extremely valuable way for your company to get the most out of the ever-improving Visions program. See the section below for more information on upgrades.

What do upgrades consist of?
Upgrades are changes to the software and additional components that will be added to improve the VISIONS program on an ongoing basis. These are not modules. Modules are add-ons that can be purchased separately.

As we get feedback from our clients about theVISIONS program, we use these suggestions to add features that make the system easier to use and more productive. Each upgrade is free to you if you have a maintenance contract in place at the time the upgrade is released.

What about training?
Your licensed copy of VISIONS comes with the VISIONSTutorial on the CD. This tutorial takes less than an hour and walks you through the entire VISIONS program as well as each step used in accomplishing all tasks available with VISIONS. This saves you time and money in three ways:

  1. You don't need to spend money on expensive training to initiate your staff to the new program.
  2. Your staff can go through the tutorial at their leisure. No need to schedule training during production hours.
  3. You don't have to waste money and production by using your current employees to train future employees. New hires, as well as current employees, may go through the tutorial at any time.

We do also offer on-site training at your agency should you request it. Contact us for the price for this service.

What are the system requirements for Visions?
IBM Compatible; Pentium I or higher processor; 150Mhz or greater (recommended); 100mb of free space on hard drive; Windows 95 or above including all NT products; 20mb of RAM; CD-ROM drive.

Do you offer custom design work?
Yes. Normally, additional components toVISIONS will be addressed through upgrades. However, if we haven't had enough requests for a specific addition, or if you need a component added in a timelier manner, we would be happy to custom design a component to fit your needs. Design work is billed at a rate of $100 per hour and we will quote you a final price before work begins.

Can't I just use the demonstration version of Visions?
Even though the demonstration version includes the fully functioningVISIONS program, some of the components have been disconnected or modified for a more effective presentation. In addition, the demonstration version has been designed to disable itself on a future date, usually about 30 days after you receive the disc.
